Backup Schedule
Default Schedule
All services are backed up daily at a time assigned during provisioning. This schedule ensures backups happen during low-traffic periods.
Retention Policy

| Daily | 7 days |
| Weekly | 4 weeks |
| Monthly | 3 months |
On-Demand Backups
You can trigger a manual backup at any time from your dashboard. Manual backups count toward your retention policy.
Game Server Saves
Game servers also have in-game save management. Auto-saves happen independently of the system backup schedule. You can configure save intervals from the game control panel.
Backup Timing
If you need backups at a specific time (e.g., before a major event or update), use the on-demand backup feature to create a snapshot before making changes.
