Manage your payment methods, invoices, and subscription billing.

Payment Methods

NoobHost accepts payments via Stripe, supporting:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • SEPA Direct Debit (EU)

    • Billing Cycle

  • All plans are billed monthly
  • Invoices are generated at the start of each billing period
  • Payment is charged automatically to your default payment method

    • Viewing Invoices

    Navigate to Billing in your dashboard to see all past and current invoices. Each invoice shows:

  • Service details and plan tier
  • Billing period
  • Amount charged
  • Payment status

    • Upgrading or Downgrading

  • Upgrades are prorated - you pay the difference immediately
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • You can change plans from the subscription management page

    • Cancellation

    You can cancel any subscription from your dashboard. Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period.

    Coupons

    Have a coupon code? Apply it during checkout or from the billing page to receive your discount.
