How Do I Upgrade My Plan?

Steps to Upgrade

  • Go to your Dashboard
  • Click on the service you want to upgrade
  • Navigate to Subscription or Plan
  • Select your new plan tier
  • Confirm the upgrade

    • Billing

    Upgrades are prorated. You only pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remaining billing period. The full new price applies from the next billing cycle.

    What Happens During Upgrade

  • Your server resources are increased automatically
  • No downtime is required for most upgrades
  • All data, configurations, and files are preserved
  • Your server IP address doesn't change

    • Downgrading

    You can also downgrade your plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle to avoid service disruption.
