Nameserver Configuration

NoobHost Nameservers

To use NoobHost for DNS management, point your domain to our nameservers:

ns1.noobhost.com
ns2.noobhost.com

How to Change Nameservers

  1. Log in to your domain registrar (where you bought the domain)
  2. Find the nameserver or DNS settings
  3. Replace the existing nameservers with NoobHost's
  4. Save the changes

Propagation Time

Nameserver changes can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate worldwide. Most updates complete within a few hours.

Verification

After changing nameservers, you can verify they're correctly configured:

  1. Go to DNS in your NoobHost dashboard
  2. Your domain will show a green "Active" status once propagation is complete

Using External Nameservers

If you prefer to keep DNS at another provider:

  • You don't need to change nameservers
  • Instead, create the specific DNS records we provide at your DNS provider
  • This approach works for any registrar
