Nameserver Configuration

NoobHost Nameservers

To use NoobHost for DNS management, point your domain to our nameservers:

ns1.noobhost.com

ns2.noobhost.com

How to Change Nameservers

  • Log in to your domain registrar (where you bought the domain)
  • Find the nameserver or DNS settings
  • Replace the existing nameservers with NoobHost's
  • Save the changes

    • Propagation Time

    Nameserver changes can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate worldwide. Most updates complete within a few hours.

    Verification

    After changing nameservers, you can verify they're correctly configured:

  • Go to DNS in your NoobHost dashboard
  • Your domain will show a green "Active" status once propagation is complete

    • Using External Nameservers

    If you prefer to keep DNS at another provider:

  • You don't need to change nameservers
  • Instead, create the specific DNS records we provide at your DNS provider
  • This approach works for any registrar
