SSL Certificates

Automatic Provisioning

Every NoobHost service includes free SSL certificates via Let's Encrypt. Certificates are provisioned automatically when you:

  • Deploy a new site
  • Add a custom domain
  • Configure a reverse proxy

    • Certificate Renewal

    SSL certificates are renewed automatically before expiration. You don't need to do anything-our system handles it.

    Forcing HTTPS

    All traffic is automatically redirected from HTTP to HTTPS. This ensures your visitors always connect securely.

    Troubleshooting SSL

    If your SSL certificate isn't working:

  • Check DNS - Make sure your domain points to the correct IP address
  • Wait for propagation - DNS changes can take up to 48 hours (usually 5-15 minutes)
  • Check domain verification - The domain must be verified before SSL can be issued
  • Contact support - If issues persist, open a support ticket
